I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The soft colors, beautiful furnishings, and tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a true home away from home for me and my fellow senior guests. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible for us with walking aids, with wide corridors and spacious rooms that allowed us to move comfortably. It made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the staff, especially for us senior folks. It would have been helpful if the children working there had been more attentive to our needs and offered assistance without us having to ask.

Personally, we found the distance from Dalby Forest, approximately 22 km, a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just our preference and others might still enjoy the peacefulness away from the hustle and bustle.

I keep coming back because they always make me feel at home. The staff even gave me tips for shopping. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen stuff, aircon, and a jacuzzi. Can't wait for Christmas!
